The Esterbrook name has been synonymous with writing and pens for more than a century, and the Estie represents the modern incarnation of this rich tradition.

The Esterbrook Estie fountain pen in Nouveau Bleu is crafted of beautifully marbled acrylic resin in a variety of deep shades of blue, complete with a sturdy clip. This clip is specially designed for effortless attachment to a breast pocket, while still maintaining a robust grip.

The inspiration for the color of this writing instrument comes from famed artist Czech Mucha, whose work, from chocolate to cigarettes to detergent, was widely known for its iconic eau de nil blue hues. Mucha dressed his women in luxurious robes, surrounded them with waves of water and gave them wings, creating an enchanting image that embodies the Estie.

The Esterbrook Estie features a #6 JoWo nib, which is easily replaceable with other JoWo nibs in various sizes. The removable nib makes cleaning a breeze.

The "Cushion Cap" locking system of the Esterbrook Estie, with a spring-loaded inner cap, not only provides a secure seal, but also prevents the nib from drying out between uses.
